The Monthly Ranking is not reset yet. This week is the first trading week. The Monthly Ranking should be the same as the Weekly Rank.
But apparently they are different. Hopefully the admin can correct this error soon.

I wouldn't put too much stock in the rankings displays, there tends to be some very serious fluctuations and the info is at least twenty minutes out of date. I would maybe tend to look at it after midnight local time.
